Precision preformer is a kind of high-efficiency and high-precision device for manufacturing rubber blank. Structure introduction The precision preformer is composed of a ram extruder and a rubber blank cutter attached to the ram head. It is also equipped with hydraulic, vacuum, heating, pneumatic and electrical system. While in operation, the first step is to open the ram head and add the preheated prehensile rubber material into the machine from anterior part of the barrel. After that, the ram head is to be closed to adjust the extruding and cutting speed (volume control chart is provided with the machine). Eventually, after vacuumization and cutting, the rubber blank with precise weight will then be obtained.
